My friend Tera is marrying Robbie, who is currently travelling with his friend Dane is Southeast Asia. Dane calls Tera this morning and says something about Robbie getting "busted" by the police in Singapore and that he really needs her help. They need to bail him out. Dane tells Tera to wire money to them, to call them when she has it...
Tera, having just woken up, is in a daze and believes that her fiance is imprisoned in another country. After crying, and then calling Robbie's sister-in-law (who was in the middle of Sunday school class) for help, Tera calls back and discovers...it's April Fool's Day.
Cute, huh?

As terrible as that may be...it's really quite funny in retrospect. I imagine it'll be one of those things he continually brings up and she pretends she's still bitter (which she sort of will be), but laughs on the inside.
Agreed...it's pretty funny. I imagine the revenge will be good, too.
